Our North Carolina Smoked Pork BBQ is absolute barbecue perfection. The process includes a slow, hickory smoke, then brought to room temperature to give the perfect slice. Once sliced, our house-made BBQ sauce is added. Our homemade BBQ sauce is a combination of sweet and savory. The sweet molasses tastes comes from the mountains of N.C.and the savory vinegar flavor comes from the traditional eastern N.C. BBQ sauce.
